Mary J. Blige, you did it again! The first time I heard 'The living proof' I just closed my eyes and tears welled up. This song feels like a plea of my life. I have been through a lot of very hard times in my life and those hard times have taught me to be strong and use the lessons i've learned to teach those around me.
